Since 2015, All About Motivation and Education has worked to create opportunities for children and young adults facing educational and economic barriers. Our journey began by helping underserved children in Haiti gain access to education. Today, AAME continues that mission through AAME Academy in Petit-Goâve while expanding our work in New Jersey through hands-on trade and workforce-development programs. Whether we are helping a child enter a classroom or helping a young adult learn a marketable skill, our purpose remains the same: Give people the tools and opportunities to build a better future.

Through AAME Academy in Petit-Goâve, Haiti, we are working to provide children with access to quality education in a safe and supportive learning environment. Our commitment goes beyond the classroom, with educational materials, technology, meals, qualified teachers, and encouragement to succeed.

AAME’s workforce-development programs introduce youth and young adults to practical trades, workplace skills, entrepreneurship, and career opportunities. Through hands-on training, participants develop practical skills while learning responsibility, teamwork, communication, safety, customer service, and basic business principles.

AAME Academy
Providing educational opportunities to underserved children in Petit-Goâve, Haiti.
Landscaping Trade Program
Hands-on training in landscaping, equipment operation, property maintenance, workplace safety, and entrepreneurship.
Workforce & Entrepreneurship Readiness
Helping young people understand how practical skills can lead to employment, apprenticeships, additional education, or business ownership.
Drywall & Painting Program
Practical training in drywall repair, surface preparation, painting, jobsite safety, estimating, customer service, and project management.
